Concentrated Care Intensive Therapy

Concentrated Care Intensive Therapy

SYou've probably tried therapy before. It helped some — you got tools, you understood things — but you still find yourself in the same patterns you've been trying to shake for years.

That's not because you're broken. And it's not because therapy doesn't work. It's because 45 minutes once a week isn't always enough time to get to the root of things. We open something real, and then time's up.

Concentrated Care Intensive Therapy gives you the space to go beyond "I feel overwhelmed" and into the why behind it. Traditional therapy takes months to uncover that. Intensive therapy takes days.

Who It's For

Concentrated Care Intensive Therapy is designed for:

• Individuals who are ready to go deeper than weekly sessions allow — women carrying shame, anxiety, or the weight of their past who want to understand themselves, not just cope
• Couples struggling with conflict, disconnection, or communication breakdown who want real progress without the slow pace of once-a-week sessions

Many clients choose an intensive not because things have reached a breaking point, but because they're ready to get ahead of it.

What to Expect

This is still therapy — same counselor, same relationship. The only difference is time.

Instead of 45 minutes once a week, we meet for several hours over consecutive days. Each day builds on the one before it. No week-long gaps. No starting over.

Day One — We go beneath the surface. We get honest about what's actually driving things: the people pleasing, the shutting down, the 3am wake-ups, the patterns you can't explain.

Day Two and Beyond — We start to do something with it. The patterns begin to loosen. We separate who you are from what you've been carrying.

Your Format, Your Timeline
Concentrated Care Intensive Therapy is available in 1, 2, or 3 day formats depending on your needs and goals. Sessions run 3–4 hours per day.

The Approach

The work draws from Internal Family Systems — getting curious about the different parts of you. The part that rages. The part that people pleases. The part that shuts down. We find out what they're protecting you from, and help them rest.

For some clients we also use The Cortina Method — a brain-based approach focused on trauma. I do the talking, your brain does the healing. No reliving what happened. Fast, lasting results rooted in neuroscience.
